Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 22, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EverythingMinecraft, including the block/item/mob wiki at everythingminecraft.com and the free Minecraft server hosting service at play.everythingminecraft.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are under the age required by your country's laws to consent to online services without parental permission, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. EverythingMinecraft cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not use another user's account without permission, and you may not share your account credentials with others.

3. The Hosting Service

play.everythingminecraft.com provides free Minecraft server hosting, including Vanilla, Paper, and Bedrock server types, live console access, file management, world backups, and friend invite features. The Service is provided free of charge, with no payment, subscription, or credit card required.

Because the Service is free and resources are shared across all users, EverythingMinecraft reserves the right to:

  • Monitor resource usage (CPU, memory, storage, and network) on any hosted server;
  • Stop, suspend, throttle, or archive a server that is idle, abusing shared resources, or otherwise degrading the Service for other users;
  • Set and change reasonable limits on server count, resource allocation, or feature availability at any time;
  • Delete servers that have been idle, abandoned, archived, or terminated for an extended period, after any applicable review process described in the dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Host or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise violates the rights of others;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' servers, accounts, or data;
  • Run cryptocurrency miners, denial-of-service tools, port scanners, or any software unrelated to hosting a Minecraft server;
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with resource limits, security features, or monitoring of the Service;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including EverythingMinecraft staff;
  • Upload malicious files, executables, or content designed to damage or exploit the hosting infrastructure.

Violation of this section may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account and servers, at EverythingMinecraft's discretion.

5. User Content and Worlds

You retain ownership of the Minecraft worlds, builds, and files you create on your server. You are solely responsible for the content of your server, including chat logs, uploaded files, and anything built or generated by you or players you invite. World backups you download from your dashboard are your responsibility to store safely — EverythingMinecraft is not obligated to retain backups indefinitely.

6. Friend Invites and Shared Access

Server owners may invite other registered users to their server with either "Can Join" (play only) or "Can Manage" (start/stop, console, files, settings) access. You are responsible for the friends you invite and the access level you grant them. EverythingMinecraft is not responsible for disputes between a server owner and invited friends over in-game actions, world changes, or lost progress.

7. Support Chat and Communications

The Service includes a live support chat for contacting staff. Messages sent through support chat may be reviewed by staff to resolve your request and may be retained for quality and moderation purposes. Abuse of the support chat, including harassment of staff, may result in account restrictions.

8. Server Deletion Requests

Server owners may request deletion of their own server through the dashboard. Deletion requests are reviewed by staff before a server and its data are permanently removed. Once a deletion request is approved and processed, the server, its world files, and its backups cannot be recovered.

9. Availability and Changes to the Service

EverythingMinecraft is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and the Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control. We may add, change, or remove features (including server types, resource limits, and tools) at any time without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverythingMinecraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, worlds, or progress, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

12. Not Affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft

EverythingMinecraft is an independent, fan-run project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the support chat available on this site.
